Collection Highlights
This year, we’ve been intrigued by the unique textures far more than the usual thick crepe silks and shiny satins spotted on recent runways for minimalist weddings.
It has a natural texture that will entice any bride who loves nature; Esme is the first strapless gown we’ve seen before. The high, square neck lifts above and over the bust, giving the dress an architectural, relaxed look. However, the crinkle cotton satin and slit give it an illusion of softness and motion. As we move towards our fifth anniversary, we discover that we live in a world that has seen change become an aspect of our life. Consistency is elusive, and the necessity to pivot suddenly is usually just around the corner. This creates a unique series of problems that affect all aspects of our lives. There are positives and negatives to this way of life that have been around us. As we put pen to paper while creating pieces for our collection in 2022, we determined to embrace the whole idea. In doing so, we realize that dealing with continuous change has cultivated an attitude of open-mindedness in every one of us. We are thankful for that. We also set the stage for Law 2022.
The foundations of this collection consist of our signature style, which combines the structure of the dress with fluidity and timelessness with contemporary. However, the heart that brings it all into existence is the guiding principle that we’ve been relying on since the very beginning: creating dresses that provide brides with a canvas on which to create a unique style. This brings us back to our philosophy of being open to new ideas and reinforces our conviction that with a suitable canvas, you can create your dream look to life…whatever it might be…at any time.
