It shouldn’t be a shock that we’ve recently been swaying towards wedding ideas with such generosity. “Nothing will make you want to be dipped in glitter like a year in sweats,” we wrote in the 2021 wedding trends report. It’s the same for our apartment – we’ve fantasized about weddings in castles and antique getaway cars…
Amid all the chateau wedding editorials and extravagant intimate weddings we’ve shared recently is this stunning Baroque castle design from Germany. The inspiration comes from Bonjour Paper, seen in this Berlin wedding elopement design is an even more lavish, extravagant glimpse of the wedding scene that is eagerly waiting to be again.
Perhaps you don’t wish to wait any longer for a wedding like this one? We had a conversation a few days ago about the way the castle-style weddings of today are suitable as intimate events as they do for extensive guest lists. We believe you don’t have to throw a massive party to experience the luxury and elegance of Schloss Fasanerie, and this stunning design concept created by the stationery creator Bonjour Paper is the ideal place to begin…
From Bonjour Paper
On aOn a sunny summer day, we gathered at the Baroque castle known as Schloss Fasanerie, in Eichenzell, Germany, to frolic in all things gorgeous.
We were were immediately captivated by the pink teahouse, set in beautiful gardens. Inside, you’ll find gorgeous crown molding, gorgeous busts that remind you of old Rome, and a light room that we loved. Its walls have been painted an ethereal sandy shade that was the inspiration for the designer of stationery and the lead organizer of the inspiring shooting Cecile Kotsch from Bonjour Paper for us to design an elegant style for the invitation set with beautiful calligraphy and a modern font to represent the current and old that creates the mood for the entire project.
The natural and feminine style was designed with the help of Julia Goetz makeup, who opted to create a bouncy look and let tone down. The palette of makeup was warm and soft. It was almost sun-kissed.
The bride’s outfit included a stunning gown from Daalarna Couture by Siodam Die Villa with sexy carmen shoulders, and transparent sleeves. She was adorned with heels from Bella Belle Shoes. It’s straightforward. However a closer inspection reveals the modern approach to embellishments with its floral embroidered flowers and delicate decorations of 3D flowers that resemble the floral designs, as well as the cake and sugar artisan flowers created by Susan Verzauberung. On her ring finger, she has an enthralling engagement ring made of yellow sapphires and diamonds by Nion Joaillerie. Our Groom was stunningly elegant in the Tuxedo provided by Siodam Die Villa.
We wanted to emphasize the present elements and set a lush, organic, and luxurious tone, focusing on amber, gold, and lighter hues. This was particularly evident through the designs of flowers created by Mari Neuschitzer of NOSiOKO and Ciera Schmid of Fioritura.
The bride’s bouquet is lush, but also light and lively due to the flowers, such as reflexed lisianthus and scabiosa. Alongside that, the florists used the best of the season – peonies and garden roses, such as bridal bouquets, caramel antiques, bridesmaids’ as well as gold mustard flowers, jasmine flowers, and lisianthus bohemian mocca delphinium, nigella and other flowers to give a garden-like and a sensual appearance. This is particularly evident in the floating arbors built on the side of an alcove. It showcased an ancient bust. It served as a lavish backdrop for our gorgeous wedding couple.
The same garden style was created for the large table set up for eight. Hand-crafted urns were selected, and the generosity was accentuated by a stunning display of fruits such as peaches, grapes, and mirabelle plums that reflected the colors. The look of the table is a representation of an elegant Italian-style meal. The beautiful chairs, sand-colored linens, and the choice of white gold cutlery and amber glassware from the Weds4rent, were terrific in this setting. We chose to create an element of contrast to the lighter blue tableware to add the illusion of interest.
