File a Complaint Against Robert Starkey's Wedding Entertainment

DJ Approved works hard to bring you the best in the entertainment.  On occasion a DJ could have falsified information or failed to follow through their contract obligations with a client.  Most of the time it can be just a miss understanding.  We highly recommend contacting Robert Starkey's Wedding Entertainment  and attempting to resolve the issue before submitting this form.  THIS SHOULD ONLY BE A LAST RESORT.

The Steps To Filing A Complaint About An Entertainer

STEP 1. Be sure to confirm the entertainer is an Approved Disc Jockey.  Do not use this form to file a complaint about a DJ in the general directory.  This is for DJs that are APPROVED ONLY.  If the DJ is not an approved entertainer then the DJ has not committed to the terms of being an approved entertainer then there is not any guaranteed any service.

STEP 2. Try to resolve the issue with the DJ company.  Contact Robert Starkey at Robert Starkey's Wedding Entertainment by calling Toll Free: 888-631-6034 or sending an email to Robert@HavasuWeddingDJ.com.  This is always a simple solution, finding a middle ground that both parties can find some satisfaction.  If the Disc Jockey fails to contact you or does not satisfactorily addresses your needs, proceed to step three.

STEP 3. Verify that your complaint is a valid concern for your event and future events for others.

You cannot complain about a DJ service because you didn't have your request made or they did not have a particular song in inventory unless it was guaranteed in writing prior to the event.  If the DJ did not bring appropriate music for the event or did not even show up, that is a more appropriate complaint.

Example of a Valid Complaint:
"I hired this DJ for my wedding and he never showed up.  I tried calling him a  number of times and no one returned my calls."

Examples of Invalid Complaints:

"I asked the DJ to play Led Zeplin for the rest of the night at my party but he only had 6 songs by Zeplin"

"I assumed the DJ had a lightshow (although it was not on the contract)  but he didn't bring it.  I want my money back!"

STEP 4. Understand our Terms And Conditions
DJ Approved is not responsible to process complaints about the DJ company's packages, offerings, and general   information.  DJ APPROVED DOES NOT SEEK REFUNDS FOR IT'S USERS.  We simply are looking out for things that could play into creating more unsatisfied clients of DJ companies.  If you are unable to resolve the issue with the DJ company and a complaint is made, DJ Approved will look at the issue.  If we feel it is necessary, we will contact the DJ company and/or client and further investigate the issue.  If we feel the DJ was in violation we will update our records.  If the DJ company has to what we feel is "excessive" complaints we will remove the entertainer at our own discretion.
